If you did not have access to Lisa Frank items as a young girl growing up in the 90s, you were unquestionably robbed of the happiness brightly colored stencils, glitter and sparkling stickers could bring to your trapper keeper. The psychedelic supply company has announced something that will make every girl, no matter their age, squeal with excitement: they are launching a makeup line.
When I first heard this, I’ll admit, my first thought was, what took so long? When you consider whimsical brands such as Lime Crime, Storybook Cosmetics and Crayola’s collaboration with Clinique, this just seems like a no-brainer. Apparently, over 2,000 people agree, as they have clicked on the support button on Kickstarter and have raised over $100,000 towards the development of the Lisa Frank Makeup Collaboration with Glamour Dolls Makeup.
The collection is still in development, but you can score the Angled Blush Brush for just $4.99 here during the pre-sale. Also, I should mention, if you pledge during the Kickstarter campaign, depending on how much you donate, you can lock in the full 5-piece cruelty-free and vegan makeup set when it becomes available.
