I’ve been intrigued with the concept behind Mother Dirt products so was excited when I got their face & body cleanser in a gift bag at a recent event. Just like our gut needs good bacteria to be healthy, our skin needs good bacteria to be healthy as well. This ecosystem is called the skin biome which gets disrupted when we use harsh soaps and lathering agents to clean ourselves. This cleanser preserves the good bacteria naturally found on the skin and is made with all-natural ingredients. The soft foam of the cleanser feels very gentle and barely there when massaging it in, which worried me a bit since I was scared it wasn’t cleaning. But, I was pleasantly surprised to see squeaky clean skin that didn’t feel dry or irritated. Its unscented and I think this would be great for anyone with sensitive skin or anyone looking to incorporate more natural beauty products into their skin care regimen.
