Natural Brand Review: Briogeo Don’t Despair, Repair! Deep Conditioning Mask

I’ve been trying several natural deep conditioners for my hair and Briogeo is definitely one of my top 3. This is not a sponsored post; I really do use this product weekly. It really softens my hair and keeps my curls looking smooth, especially after heat styling. I leave it in for about 15 mins (or longer depending on if I get sidetracked), and my hair always looks so healthy after I wash it out to the point where I barely need to put any other product in my hair to keep it looking frizz-free. It’s not surprising to note that when the company did a study, 81% of participants saw a reduction in hair breakage after three uses compared to untreated hair.

What I like most about Briogeo products is that they are all 93-100% naturally-derived and they include the exact percentage of the ingredients (and its source) on the back of every bottle. This deep conditioner I use contains 98% naturally derived ingredients such B-vitamins, rosehip and argan oils, algae and biotin. Also, the bottle packaging are both recycled and recyclable.

Bridego is a 6-free brand – a term I think they coined themselves – which means the products don’t contain sulfates, silicone, phthalates, parabens, DEA and artificial dyes. They do contain a small amount of non-natural ingredients that are necessary to preserve the products and keep it effective.
