Vapour, an organic cosmetics company, says they are the first to produce an organic eyeliner made with 70% certified organic ingredients. The eyeliner ($18; vapourbeauty.com) is available in velvet black and comes with a professional smoky eye tool. Free of eye-irritating chemicals, the eye pencil is enriched with beeswax and several natural oils, which gives it the ability to glide on easily without tugging the skin.
