Greg Polisseni and Andy Hilfiger presented their ARTISTIX Harvest collection this past Saturday at The Jane Hotel in New York City. Nineteen looks were presented and evoked military themes that were designed in a chic, wearable styles, with just the right amount of edge. The pieces were inspired by Polisseni’s original paintings, Harvest, and drew in autumnal color schemes with the use of burnt umbers and vibrant maroons.
Tommy Hilfiger was among the packed room of attendees and called the collection “fantastic” and “off the hook.”
“We are so excited for the future of this collection,” said Andy Hilfiger, Creative Director of ARTISTIX (and brother of Tommy). “Greg and I really love three things, art, soul and rock ’n’ roll, and that’s what the brand is about.”
The hair of the models were done by Maximo at Fire Fly, who opted for a tousled, finger-wave hairstyle. Their faces featured a natural makeup look that was accented with sparkles thanks to Nu Evolution Cosmetics.
The ARTISTIX Spring collection is currently sold in Lord & Taylor, and the Harvest collection will become available in several stores in Fall 2017. Below are just a few looks from the show.
