Designer Rebecca Minkoff is offering fans the opportunity to redesign her classic Minkoff Morning After Clutch, in a virtual design competition in partnership with polyvore.com. The interactive website provides you with everything from leather to hardware, and all you have to do is assemble your original design with a background image, along with the story behind your creation. The designer, herself, will select 10 finalists to showcase on her Facebook page during the first week of December. Then, it’s up to the public to vote on their favorite design.

The lucky winner will be flown to NYC in February to attend Rebecca Minkoff’s runway show during New York’s fashion week, where their winning bag will be unveiled on the runway. He/She will also have the opportunity to meet the designer in person, and have their creation sold on her official website in March 2010. The winner, of course, will be the owner of the very first bag.
